The Art of Being Zen

30 Day Writing Challenge

See how I keep my word? For the next 30 days, I’m going to aim to write a post every day. I’ll probably fail, but I’m going to give it my all. I have created my own set of writing challenges so if any of you want to participate along with me, comment and I will give you my list. For now, DAY ONE!

I started doodling to keep my thoughts in check during lectures. Since my mind races with a million thoughts per second, it was hard to concentrate on what the teacher was saying, so I shut everything out by scribbling on my note or text books. I later realised it’s great ability to calm me down so whenever it’s too loud in my head, I draw. This is one of them.

  1. First of all, yay for your blogging challenge. I’d love to do this with you but I’m bit busy with NaNoWriMo and trying to keep up with that while not letting my blog fall completely silent. Hope you’re good!

      1. Ahahaha my discipline is terrible but this NaNo thing being kind of a contest helps a lot. Otherwise I would never get it done. It’s going okay. I got a bit behind and have to prepare for a busy upcoming week but for my first time ever, it’s going okay.

The job seems good. My boss was away most of the week so I haven’t done much yet but my colleagues seem nice so there’s that 🙂

        1. Well, I mean discipline when it comes to your blog. You pamper us at least once a week by writing! And when you’re dedicated to something, you really give it your all. I hope to try NaNoWriMo next year. Hopefully. For now, mini blog challenges will have to do!

Fantastic news about your job. Can;t wait to hear more when you get down to working

          1. Hahaha, I don’t pamper with my writing, lol.

There will probably be a vlog about my first weeks at some point when I have time to do it. A friend said I should do it and I agree only this week was busy and the next won’t be much better but maybe next weekend 🙂
